p Leaping for charity, IBM's Bill Rapp becomes a human dart Tuesday afternoon to raise money as part of the computer giant's annual fund-raising drive "Hearts and Hands Together Serving Up Hope." Rapp was awarded an additional $500 for his charity, Family Services of Rochester, by finishing first in the human dart game, with 126 points.
