ROCHESTER -- The funeral for Daniel John "Dan" Justice will be Thursday at Grace United Methodist Church in Venice, Fla. A private graveside service will be held in the Oronoco Cemetery at a later date.
Mr. Justice, 39, of Venice, formerly of Rochester, died Monday (Aug. 5, 2002) at St. Luke's Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla., during transplant surgery.
He was born April 27, 1963, in Rochester and graduated from John Marshall High School in 1981. In 1985, he moved to Venice and was employed by Health Care Services Group.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, John and Peggy Justice of Chattanooga, Tenn.; two sisters, Tami (Paul) Butters of Edina, Minn., and Jenny Justice of Rochester; a stepsister, Christina Chadwick of Charleston, S.C.; and a stepbrother, Ed Triplett of Chattanooga. His mother preceded him in death.
Farley Funeral Home in Venice is in charge of arrangements.
