HAYFIELD — The funeral for Demetrius L. "Bucky" Vietor will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hayfield, with the Rev. Warren Anderson officiating. Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery in Austin.
Demetrius, 5-year-old son of Lee and Tina (Lance) Vietor of Hayfield, died Monday (Dec. 17, 2007) at his home.
Demetrius Lee Vietor was born July 11, 2002, in Rochester. He enjoyed John Deere Tractors, Spider Man, watching the Green Bay Packers and WWE, and playing outside.
He is survived by his parents; a sister, Alexis at home; grandparents, Donald Vietor of Red Wing, Linda Vietor of Hayfield, Cheryl Breeden of Winnebago, Minn., and Mike Lance of Corning, Iowa; and great-grandparents, Marvin and Norma Lenoch of Austin, and Marge Vietor of Austin.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Czaplewski Family Funeral Home in Hayfield, and an hour before the service Thursday at the church.
