The University of Minnesota School of Dentistry will have a discussion at 7 p.m. Thursday at the University of Minnesota Rochester in room 424 of the University Square Building, 111 S. Broadway.
Representatives from the dental school will discuss a plan to begin a dental therapist training program in the Twin Cities modeled on programs in Canada, New Zealand and England. The plan is aimed at bringing dental access to rural areas of the state.
