Think of Leo's as scaled-down version of places like Chuck E. Cheese: It has a play area for young kids, a small arcade and a costumed mascot who emerges from time to time to dance and mug for pictures.
It's definitely not the place to go for a romantic dinner for two, but for kids in Rochester, this is the place to go right now for birthday parties . "We have people calling for dates out into April already," Glynn said.
