Hormel Foods Corp., the Austin-based maker of Spam canned meat and Jennie-O Turkey, is announcing a dividend of 18.5 cents per share.
It will be paid on May 15 to people who owned stock as of April 19.
This is same amount of the last quarterly dividend, paid out on Feb. 15.
Hormel is known for consistently issuing dividends each quarter.
