STEWARTVILLE -- The funeral for Douglas M. Lassig, 49, of Hemet, Calif., the son of a Stewartville woman, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Mc Wane Family Funeral Home in Hemet, Calif., with Rev. Skip McComas officiating. Burial will be at San Jacinto Valley Cemetery in Hemet.
Mr. Lassig, 49, died Wednesday (April 7, 2004) at his residence in Hemet.
He was born in Wisconsin and moved to California in 1980. He has lived in Hemet since 1992 and was a self-employed contractor.
Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Lassig of Stewartville, a brother, David of Stewartville, a sister, Carol Siems of Rochester. He also is survived by his wife, Robbyn Miller-Lassig of Hemet; two stepsons; a stepdaughter, three other brothers and two other sisters.
The Mc Wane Funeral Home of Hemet is handling arrangements.
