Dover shareholders get added dividend

NEW YORK -- Shareholders in Dover Corp., parent company for Crenlo Inc., will be better paid for holding on to company stock beginning on Friday.
The New York-based conglomerate will pay a quarterly dividend of 15 cents a share to investors who held shares on Aug. 29. That is an increase from the prior 13.5 cents.
Dover, which holds a large group of manufacturing companies, has approximately $4.2 billion in annual sales. Crenlo produces driver cabs for construction and farming equipment, as well as metal cabinets for electronics, at two factories in Rochester.
