ROCHESTER — The Mass of Christian Burial for Dr. James K. O’Toole will be at 1 p.m. Friday at St. Patrick Parish in Crystal, N.D.
Dr. O’Toole, 80, a former psychiatric consultant to the North Dakota Board of Public Welfare and Director/Medical Director of the Memorial Mental Health and Retardation Center Bismarck/Mandan (N.D.), died Monday (July 21, 2008) at St. Benedict Senior Community in St. Cloud, Minn., of multiple myeloma.
He is the father of Peggy O’Toole-Martin of Rochester.
Other survivors include his wife, Georgine; three additional daughters; a son; 11 grandchildren; a great-grandson; three brothers; and a sister.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at Tollefson Funeral Home in Grafton, N.D.
