The Minnesota Lamb and Wool Producers named Don and Deb Drewry of Farmington as their 2007 Silver Bell award winners Dec. 8. The award is given annually to one or two Minnesota shepherds who have excelled in modern sheep, lamb or wool production for more than 25 years.
The Junior Silver Bell Award went to Jonathan Roe of Blue Earth, Minn. The junior award nominee must be less than 21 years old and by a current FFA or 4-H sheep program participant.
