ELLENDALE — At least one driver was injured when a pickup coming off an Interstate 35 exit ramp north of Ellendale collided head-on with a car on a county road.
Brian A. Brown, 23, of Owatonna was in critical condition this morning at Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester, a Mayo Clinic spokesperson said.
The Minnesota State Patrol says the accident occurred about 6 p.m. Tuesday when a pickup driven by Steven A. Poole, 53, of Ellendale was leaving the I-35 exit ramp and turning eastbound on Steele County Road 4.
The truck collided with Brown’s car, which was westbound on Steele County Road 4.
