MINNEAPOLIS -- A grenade found in a police officer's mailbox that prompted officials to call out the bomb squad turned out to be deactivated, and was put there as a prank by a fellow officer, authorities said.
Police spokeswoman Cyndi Barrington said the fellow officer will face a review, but probably not any criminal charges.
