Edythe M. DeCourcy -- Rochester

ROCHESTER -- A memorial service for Edythe M. DeCourcy, former advertising manager of Massey's Department Store in Rochester, will be at 11 a.m. Sept. 20 in Normandale Lutheran Church in Edina, Minn.

Mrs. DeCourcy, 93, died Aug. 29, 2004. She was born in Morris, Minn., and was with Massey's for 18 years. She enjoyed travel, gardening, bridge and crossword puzzles.

Survivors include a son, Ronald (Peggy) Peterson of Eden Prairie, Minn.; two daughters, Marilyn (Warren) Hollinshead of Martha's Vineyard, Mass., and Marcia (Boots) Nelson of Minnetonka, Minn.; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, E.J. "Jack" DeCourcy; a brother; two sisters; and a grandson.

Cremation Society of Minnesota, Edina, is in charge of arrangements.

The family prefers memorials to Minnesota Masonic Home, 11501 Masonic Home Drive, Bloomington, MN 55437.
