ROCHESTER -- The funeral for Ella Otteson will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Canoe Ridge Lutheran Church in rural Decorah, Iowa, with Rev. Susan Debner officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Otteson, 93, of Decorah, mother of Richard Otteson of Stewartville and Laurel Otteson of Rochester, died Tuesday (Nov. 15, 2005) at the Barthell Eastern Star Home in Decorah, following an age-related illness.
She also is survived by one other son, four other daughters, a sister, and two brothers, including Leon Larson of Rochester.
Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Schluter-Balik Funeral Home in Decorah, and after 10 a.m. Friday at the church.
