Ellis Middle School students Alex Knoll and David Koser were selected to be part of the Minnesota Band Directors Association’s Middle Level Honor Band for the 2006-2007 school year.
Knoll and Koser were among 76 selected from 271 students who auditioned. They will be conducted by Dr. Douglas Orzolek, band director at the University of St. Thomas, in a concert at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Elk River High School auditorium.
Brad Anderson is Knoll and Koser’s director at Ellis Middle School.
