STEWARTVILLE -- Kingsland runners won the individual titles with comfortable margins in Thursday's 29th annual Stewartville Invitational cross country meet.
Chris Erichsen was the first to cross the line for the boys, 29 seconds ahead of runner-up Seth Webinger of La Crescent.
Nicole Calabrese won the girls race by 20 seconds over Jayna Tangen of Chatfield.
La Crescent breezed to the boys team championship. Winona Cotter edged Kingsland for the girls trophy.
The meet was run for first time at Bear Cave Park after 25 years on a course south of the high school.
