An event titled "Health Care Directives and the GLBT Community" will be held from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on April 20 at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Rochester.
The event will cover what a health care directive is, the process for creating a directive, the applications, and other aspects of health care directives. There will be the opportunity for attendees to create a directive.
The event is co-sponsored by Gay Lesbian Community Services of SE Minnesota and Unitarian Universalist Church.
The event is free and open to the public.
