The Rev. Mark S. Hanson, presiding bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, will visit Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Sept. 30.
Morning events and lunch with the bishop are open only to rostered leaders of the Southeastern Minnesota Synod, but a 1 p.m. plenary and a 2 p.m. question-and-answer session with the bishop are open to all interested clergy and laypeople in the synod. SERVICE OF HEALING
There will be a Service of Healing at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel at Christ United Methodist Church in Rochester.
The service, which lasts a half hour, is led by a pastor and will include hymns, prayers, scripture readings and the opportunity for anointing with oil and the laying on of hands.

RALLY DAY
EYOTA -- "Faith Fest," a celebration of Rally Day 2003, will be held at 7 p.m. in the parking lot of Faith United Methodist Church in Eyota. Larry and Ann Petit &; Friends will provide the music. For information, call 545-2641.
RALLY SUNDAY
Peace United Church of Christ of Rochester will hold its community-wide Rally Day on Sunday. Morning worship is at 9 a.m., and at 10 a.m. children and youth will have the opportunity to meet classmates and teachers. Games and other activities are planned. A potluck lunch will be at 11:30 a.m.
