An Austin man has been upgraded to serious condition after falling about 40 feet last week from a boom truck’s bucket.
Heath Charles Greenlee, 32, remained this morning at Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester.
Last week, Greenlee was listed in critical condition at the hospital.
Greenlee fell the morning of Sept. 23 in the 800 block of 13th Avenue Southwest, apparently first hitting part of the truck, then landing on the pavement.

Authorities responding to the scene found Greenlee unresponsive and having difficulty breathing. He was taken to Austin Medical Center, where he was stabilized before being flown to Rochester.
Police believe Greenlee was doing tree-service work at the time.
