Trick-or-treat at Charter House will be from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Charter House, 211 2nd St. N.W. Every trick-or-treater will have their photo taken with the Charter House Queen of Pumpkins as a souvenir of the holiday, plus receive a bag of treats, a sticker and an apple.
Harvest Carnival, for youngsters and their parents, will be sponsored by Emmanuel Baptist Church in Rochester and will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the church. There will be games, prizes, food and candy. No scary costumes. Information: 289-7244.
