PRESTON -- A program designed for organizers of small-town festivals and events will be from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sept. 17 at the Fillmore County office building in Preston.
"Festival and Event Planning Tips: Basic Information to Manage Your Event" is offered by the University of Minnesota Extension Office of Tourism. The session will include information on budget issues and how to stay organized. Time will be provided for questions and answers.
