HAWAIIAN WHEELS: From June 1 to Aug. 31, Pleasant Hawaiian Holidays of Westlake Village, Calif., will include a one-week car rental for travelers who fly on the company's nonstop flights to Kauai from Los Angeles or San Francisco.
