LANESBORO — The 400-foot breach in the Root River Trail near Lanesboro, caused in August’s flood, has been filled in and is expected to be repaved by the end of June.
It will cost $185,000, with 75 percent coming from federal sources and the rest from state emergency funds.
The trail has been reconnected and people can use it, though it’s dirt or rock now.
