MANTORVILLE — The funeral for Frank K. "Kim" Anderson will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17, at First Congregational Church in Mantorville, with the Rev. Cliff Christensen officiating. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery in Wasioja, with the Kasson American Legion and the Mantorville VFW providing military rites.
Mr. Anderson, 77, formerly of Mantorville, died of natural causes Wednesday (Nov. 12, 2008) in Crown Point, Ind.
His sister, Laurel Eberhart, died Tuesday (Nov. 11, 2008) in Mantorville.
Born July 15, 1931, in Wasioja, he grew up in that area and graduated from Mantorville High School. He served in the Army in the United States and France, and following his discharge moved to Gary, Ind. He later moved to Crown Point. In 1951 in Indiana he married Gloria F. Corbett; she preceded him in death in 2001.
Mr. Anderson worked as a machinist.

He is survived by four daughters, Cynthia (Ray) Holman of La Porte, Ind., Rebecca Anderson of Hebron, Ind., Tina (Garry) Cook of Valparaiso, Ind., and Kimberly Rhymer of Crown Point; three grandchildren; and two brothers, Keith (Eileen) and Alton "Kent" (Jane), both of Kasson. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at First Congregational Church, and an hour before the service Monday at the church.
