The annual meeting of the Girl Scout Council of River Trails will begin at 7 p.m. April 19 at St. Charles City Hall in St. Charles.
Keynote speaker Kelly Geisler will talk about her recent experiences getting the girl scout silver award. Election of officers and bylaw changes will occur.
