OWATONNA -- The Steele County Free Fair will be Aug. 16-21 in Owatonna with the theme of "Good Times Thrive."
Events will include stock car races, a dozen grandstand shows, demolition derby, motocross, harness horse races, the firing of a human cannonball, about 7,000 exhibits, 2,000 animals, 100 specialty food stands and a free petting zoo.
