• Brandon Terrell Nelson, 19, of Red Wing, charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, fifth-degree assault, dangerous weapon-reckless use and dangerous weapon-unlawful use of a dangerous article for allegedly gaining entry to a woman’s home Nov. 19 and shooting at her with a BB pistol.
