NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon enters turn two during qualifying for Saturday's Subway Fresh Fit 500 race Thursday in Avondale, Ariz. Gordon won the pole by posting the fastest qualifying time. The pole is Gordon’s third this season and 59th of his career, tying Darrell Waltrip for fourth all-time.
