Four candidates for the Ward 4 seat on the Rochester City Council -- Katrina Pulham, Kelly Rae Kirkpatrick, PJ Calkins and Abel Brito -- were asked to provide their thoughts on the city's response to homelessness.
The question posed was: What is the city’s role in addressing homelessness in the community, and how would you change what is being done?
