Six candidates for the Ward 6 seat on the Rochester City Council -- Craig Ugland, Tom Rigby, Todd Pisarski, David Diercks, Molly Dennis and Donavan Bailey -- were asked to provide their thoughts on the city's response to homelessness.
The question posed was: What is the city’s role in addressing homelessness in the community, and how would you change what is being done?
