Four candidates for the Ward 4 seat on the Rochester City Council -- PJ Calkins, Abel Brito, Kelly Rae Kirkpatrick and Katrina Pulham --were asked to provide their thoughts on a potential park referendum.
The question posed was: Would you support creating a ballot referendum in an effort to generate added tax revenue for park improvements?
The Post Bulletin requested a video response of up to 90 seconds in length from each candidate. Here are the responses we received:
Kelly Rae Kirkpatrick
The candidates for the seat, which represents much of southeast and downtown Rochester, are on the ballot for the Aug. 11 primary election to narrow candidates to two for the Nov. 3 general election.
