Olmsted County is using a new software system for its public meeting agendas, agenda packets and minutes.

There is a new web address -- https://olmstedcounty.primegov.com/public/portal -- for those who want to access the information.

Anyone seeking to access the old IQM2 site for Olmsted County public meeting information is being automatically redirected to the new site.

“There are several reasons why Olmsted County transitioned to new software for our public meetings,” said Lisa Morris-Helmstetler, assistant to the county administrator. “However, the primary reason is that the site will be easier to use and navigate.”

The information accessible on Olmsted County’s new public meeting site pertains to meetings of the following county boards and commissions:
