ST. PAUL -- The Green Party's Andrew Koebrick on Wednesday became the fourth candidate to announce a challenge to Minnesota Secretary of State Mary Kiffmeyer, a Republican.
Koebrick, 33, of St. Paul, is making his first attempt at political office. He currently manages a state library for the Minnesota Planning agency and handles the long-range planning office's Web services.
