A talk on ground water recharge in the Decorah shale area surrounding Rochester will be presented at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Izaak Walton League cabin, 937 Seventh Ave. N.E.
Terry Lee, Olmsted County water coordinator, will present the talk, which is free and open to the public.
