Group requests donated ski equipment

Post-Bulletin, Rochester MN

RIDGEWAY — Ridgeway Community School, which has started a Nordic Ski Club, is looking for donations of youth’s waxless cross country skis, boots and poles.

While much of the snow is gone, the club hopes more snow will fall and the students in grades kindergarten through fifth grade can ski more before spring.

Drop off equipment at Tyrol Ski and Sports in Rochester, Adventure Cycle and Ski in Winona or Northland Golf and Ski in La Crosse, Wis.

For more information, call the school at (507) 454-9566 or go to www.ridgewayschool.org.
