Harvey F. Brasch -- Rochester

ROCHESTER -- Services for Harvey F. Brasch will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, also at a later date.

Mr. Brasch, 80, of Rochester, died Wednesday (Sept. 8, 2004) at Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester.

He was born Oct. 27, 1923, in New London, Wis. On Jan. 28, 1961, he married Marie Prow at St. Pius Catholic Church in Rochester. Mrs. Brasch was owner and operator of Prow's Motel in Rochester. Mr. Brasch lived in the Rochester area for 50 years. He was the previous manager of Sherwin Williams Paint Store, and manager of Prow's Motel. He was a member of the Elks Club.

Survivors include his wife; five stepsons, John Prow, Gerald Prow, Thomas Prow, Donald Prow and Mark Prow, all of Rochester; 16 stepgrandchildren; 23 stepgreat-grandchildren; two brothers, Donald of Minneapolis and Duane (Dolores) of Oshkosh, Wis.

Macken Funeral Home in Rochester is in charge of arrangements.
