ROCHESTER -- A memorial service for Hazel J. Schut will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Silver Creek Community Church, with the Rev. Robert VandeVord officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Silver Creek Township, Wright County.
Mrs. Schut, 89, of Lake Ridge Manor, Buffalo, Minn., mother of Wayne (Joyce) Schut of Rochester, died Thursday (Aug. 29, 2002) at the St. Cloud (Minn.) Hospital.
Survivors also include one additional son, four daughters, 17 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and four brothers. Her husband, a grandson, two sisters and a brother preceded her in death.
Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Maple Lake, Minn., and at the church one hour before the service. There will be a prayer service at 7:45 p.m. Saturday at the funeral chapel.
Memorial are suggested to Olmsted County National Alliance for the Mentally Ill.
