Karolina Haraldsdottir won the 200 (26.9) and the high jump (5-foot-2) in helping Rochester Mayo to a sixth-place finish in the True Team Championship in Hudson, Wis. Teammate Laura Mielke was second in the discus (109-9) and Amanda Shuck second in the pole vault (8-0).
Boys track and field
• Rochester; Mayo's Matt Jech won the shot put with a throw of 50-feet-3, while Jake Sperry won the discus with a toss of 160-10 in the Packer Invitational. Mayo was third in team standings and had four individual second-place finishes. Peter Hoffman placed second in the 3,200, while Stephan Hays was second in the long jump. The Spartans' 400 and 3,200 relay teams also had runner-up finishes.
David Benson was Century's top placer. He finished second in the 800 with a time of 2:07.04.

• Lake; City won the 10-team Onamia Invitational at Izaty's Sanctuary course, beating Minnehaha Academy on a fifth-player tiebreaker 99-114. Defending state champ Katie Detlefson, a Minnehaha sophomore, was medalist, shooting a two-over-par 74 on a cool, windy day.
