WINONA — An Indiana man was killed Friday morning after a head-on collision on Interstate 90 near Winona.
Roger A. Grady, 64, of Kokomo, Ind., was found dead at the scene, according to a Minnesota State Patrol report.
The accident happened shortly before 10 a.m. west of Minnesota Highway 43. Timothy J. Hoover, 30, of Lewiston, was driving westbound on I-90 in wet conditions when his car went through the median and crashed head-on into Grady’s car.
Hoover and an unidentified passenger in Grady’s car were taken to Community Memorial Hospital in Winona and treated for minor injuries. The State Patrol is waiting to release the third passenger’s name, who was from Kokomo, Ind., until relatives are notified.
