PINE ISLAND — Information about a new U.S. 52 interchange at County Road 12 will be available at a public forum next week.
The interchange will serve the $1 billion biotechnology project in Pine Island that’s being funded by California venture capital firm Burrill & Co.
"The purpose of this moderated forum is to update the community and stakeholders on the latest developments and answer questions," according to City Administrator Abraham Algadi.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. Monday at the Pine Island school cafeteria, 223 First Ave. S.E. Project maps will be available for viewing. A panel discussion and question period begins at 6:30 p.m.
