The final race of the season at Deer Creek Speedway Saturday brought 152 cars to the track, some of them trying to add points for national points races.
Deer Creek had intended to run races on Friday as well, but the rain and cold forced cancellation of those plans.
Saturday's races started at 5 p.m. and were finished before 10 p.m.
Eight dwarf cars from southern Iowa showed up and three made the long haul from Nebraska, making a season-high dwarf car count of 27.
Jerry Redetzke won the late model feature, with Duane Mahder second. Todd Scharkey took the lead in the USRA modified feature after a hard roll in turn four by Albert Wytaske caused a restart. Scharkey held on to beat Brad Waits.

The super stock feature went to Bill Clemens. Mark Anderson won the Midwest modified, Dan Gullickson won the street stock and Brian Kiehne was first in the dwarf car feature.
