MINNEAPOLIS – Quite a few citizens of the town of Elgin might be attending a basketball game Sunday.
Three of their native daughters will be playing in a University of Minnesota women’s basketball exhibition game at Williams Arena. The Gophers will meet Concordia (St. Paul) with a 2 p.m. tipoff.
Elgin-Millville grad Katie Ohm plays for the Gophers and two other former E-M stars, sisters Candace and Kali Olstad, play for Concordia.
All three were on the Elgin-Millville team that won the state Class A championship in 2005.

It’s the Gophers’ first exhibition game of the 2008-09 season.
