Jacqueline Rae 'Jaci' Langeness -- Rochester

ROCHESTER -- A memorial service for Jacqueline Rae "Jaci" Langeness will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Steven Ronningen officiating. Burial will be in Dale Lutheran Church Cemetery in Cherry Grove Township, rural Kenyon.

Miss Langeness, 60, of Rochester, formerly of Kenyon, died Sunday (Nov. 7, 2004) at Rochester Methodist Hospital.

Born Aug. 19, 1944, in Faribault, she graduated from Kenyon High School in 1962 and attended Mankato State for two years. She was employed by Josten's Inc. in Owatonna for several years, then worked at IBM for 17 years, and for 10 years before her death worked at Mayo Clinic. She was a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church and a former member of Dale Lutheran Church in rural Kenyon.

Survivors include her mother, Marcene (Wallaker) Langeness of Rochester; two sisters, Lynn (Eugene) Eversman of Plainview and Nancy (David) Ewert of Mankato; and two brothers, Darryl Langeness of Sterling Heights, Mich., and Peter Langeness of Faribault. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at Ranfranz &; Vine Funeral Homes and an hour before the service Wednesday at the church.


Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.
