ROCHESTER — Jakob Treavan Frink, newborn son of Nathan Isaac Frink and Jaymee Lynn Kopp of Westcliffe, Colo., died April 5, 2008, at St. Thomas More Hospital in Canon City, Colo., following a complicated delivery.
Jakob was born April 5, 2008.
He is survived by his parents, formerly of Rochester; his maternal grandparents, Chris Kopp and Joe Kopp, both of Rochester; and his paternal grandparents, Barbara Frink of Rochester and Paul Frink of Westcliffe. Other survivors include aunts and uncles, Stacy Kopp of Rochester, Travis and Masako Frink of Tokushima, Japan, and Jason and Daniel Frink of Westcliffe; and special family friend Marti Frink of Westcliffe.
A memorial service for Jakob was held April 12 at Valley Bible Fellowship in Westcliffe.
Charles Anthony Funeral Home of Florence, Colo., handled the cremation arrangements.
