Jeffrey P. Tlougan -- Rochester

ROCHESTER -- The funeral for Jeffrey P. Tlougan of rural Rochester will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Christ the King Catholic Church in Byron, with the Rev. Paul Suprenant officiating. Burial will be in Byron Cemetery.

Mr. Tlougan, 43, died Friday (Sept. 1, 2006) of a farm accident on the family farm in rural Byron/Rochester.

He was born Oct. 16, 1962, in Rochester. He graduated from Byron High School in 1981 and was a lifelong area resident and farmer. He was baptized and confirmed at Christ the King Catholic Church. He enjoyed hunting, camping and traveling, especially to the Black Hills in South Dakota.

Survivors include his parents, Isadore and Marlin Tlougan of rural Rochester; one daughter, Crystal Jensen of Stewartville; three sisters, Debra (Lyle) Allen of Dodge Center, Lynne (Steve) Walker of Zumbro Falls, and Rhonda (Shawn) Hegna of Kasson; and one brother, Steven (Heather) of Rochester.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Wednesday.
