LAKE CITY — The funeral for Joyce J. Wiltermuth will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church in Lake City, with the Rev. Don Jones officiating. Burial will be in Lakewood Cemetery, Lake City.
Mrs. Wiltermuth, 66, of Nixa, Mo., died Friday (Nov. 21, 2008).
Joyce Johnson was born Sept. 19, 1942, in Lake City. She married George Wiltermuth on June 13, 1964. They lived in Zumbro Falls from 1965 to 1970, then in Zumbrota until 1976. They also resided Eau Claire, Wis., and Anoka, Minn., before retiring to Table Rock Lake in southwest Missouri in 1988. Mrs. Wiltermuth enjoyed collecting antiques and had a great knowledge of them.
She is survived by three sons, Rocky (Kim) of Anoka, Wade of Pine City, Minn., and Keith of Nixa; five grandchildren; and two sisters, Jeannette (Bill) Ryan of Millville and Marilyn (Ted) Marshal of Galena, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents, Clifford and Hazel Johnson; and a brother, Robert Johnson.
