MILACA, Minn. (AP) -- Mille Lacs County authorities can proceed with a drunken driving charge against Minnesota Vikings executive Mike Kelly, a district judge ruled Friday.
However, Judge Steven Ruble dismissed a misdemeanor charge that Kelly refused to take a Breathalyzer test. The judge also suppressed results of a preliminary sobriety test that showed Kelly was legally drunk when he was pulled over before dawn Feb. 2 during the Vikings' Arctic Blast fund-raiser.
