Juliann Landin Kautz #x2013;; Rochester

ROCHESTER -- The funeral for Juliann Landin Kautz will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Ranfranz &; Vine Funeral Homes in Rochester, with the Rev. Ron Jensen officiating. Private burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Hayfield.

Miss Kautz, 35, of Rochester, formerly of the Sargeant area, died Tuesday (April 6, 2004) at her home.

Born April 12, 1968, in Minneapolis, she grew up in the Sargeant area and graduated from Hayfield High School. She worked for SuperAmerica stores for several years. She was active in the Rochester Deaf Club and enjoyed teaching sign language.

Survivors include her father, Gary Kautz of Kasson; her mother, Barbara Kautz of Zumbrota; her birth mother, Carol Pedersen of Monticello, Minn.; her stepmother, Beverly Krueger of Maple Grove, Minn.; five brothers, Jeff (Metos) Kautz of West Des Moines, Iowa, Joel (Tonia) Kautz of Ankeny, Iowa, Shea Pedersen and Shawn Pedersen, both of Monticello, and Chad Krueger of Greece; two sisters, Shelby Thorst of Monticello and Sara Krueger of Chicago; her birth grandmother, June Landin of Monticello; her paternal grandmother, Cecil Kautz of Kasson; and special friend, Greg Jahn of Rochester. Her birth father preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
