SPRING VALLEY — June J. Parker, 76, of Ionia, Iowa, died Nov. 26, 2007, at her rural home, of melanoma. She is the mother of Debra (Dave) Skare of Spring Valley.
Mrs. Parker is also survived by one other daughter, a son, eight grandchildren, a brother and a sister. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Parker Jr.; and an infant sister.
Funeral services were held Nov. 29 at St. John Lutheran Church in Frederika, Iowa. Burial was in St. John Lutheran Cemetery.
