CHATFIELD -- A service for Kamiah Ackman will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Faith United Methodist Church in Eyota.
Kamiah, 41-day-old daughter of Ashley Ackman of Chatfield, died June 27, 2006, of a heart condition.
She was born May 17, 2006, at Olmsted Medical Center Hospital in Rochester.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a sister, Makaela Ackman, and her grandparents and great-grandparents.
